With the increase in Telehealth appointments, it is important to learn how to best photograph and document your skin conditions to send on to your GP, allergist, dermatologist or other specialist. Clear photos of skin reactions such as hives, redness, rashes etc can be helpful in making a diagnosis, even if your skin has cleared up by the time you see your health care professional.

This instructional video from Dr Karen Koh (a Dermatologist from Adelaide Skin and Eye Centre) describes best practice for photographing skin conditions using your smartphone.
